Gym

I finally did it. That's right, I joined the gym. Now, the last time I used a gym on a regular basis was about five years ago. I'm never quite sure what happens to make me stop using or cancel my membership. I think it's just a gradual fade away, a loss of hope, a smidge (or more) of boredom. My goal is to lose 60 pounds in one year. Apparently, according to the sales person and trainer at the gym, this is a very doable goal. Does this mean I have to give up Starbucks?
